

The turntable quenching machine is a type of equipment used for heat treatment of metal materials. Its main feature is that it has a rotating turntable or work surface. Rotary table quenching machines are usually used for batch processing of round or ring-shaped workpieces, such as bearings, gears, hubs, etc. During the quenching process, the workpiece is placed on the turntable. As the turntable rotates, the workpiece is evenly exposed to the quenching medium (such as water, oil or polymer solution). This rotating action helps ensure even heating and cooling of the workpiece surface, resulting in a more uniform quenching effect and higher product quality. Rotary plate quenching machines are usually used in conjunction with heating equipment (such as induction heaters, flame heaters, etc.). After the workpiece is heated to the appropriate temperature in the heating equipment, it is quickly transferred to the turntable quenching machine for quenching treatment.
