Ash refers to the non-combustible material remaining after a substance is burned at high temperature, and is often used to evaluate the quality of materials such as coal and ore. X-ray ash analyzer measures the ash content of a substance by emitting X-rays to penetrate the substance being measured, and by using the relationship between the substance's absorption of X-rays and factors such as the substance's density and composition. Specifically, when X-rays penetrate a substance, the higher the ash content in the substance, the stronger its ability to absorb X-rays, and the weaker the X-ray intensity received by the detector. The signal received by the detector is processed and analyzed by the signal processing and analysis system, and the ash content of the substance is ultimately obtained.
