The Heat-Setting Stenter is a large dyeing and finishing equipment, the general length is 40-50 meters, mainly composed of four units. The working principle of the tensioning machine is to make use of the extensibility characteristics of the textile in the relaxed state, to maintain a certain tensile force, iron it through high temperature hot air, and then adjust the state of the warp and weft yarn in the textile, eliminate the stress deformation and elastic deformation inside the textile, and ensure that the textile is stable under the new size. The tensioning machine is mainly composed of feeding unit, operating unit, drying unit and discharging unit, of which the shaping process is mainly completed in the drying unit. The wet fabric continuously passes through the drying room at a certain speed, and the hot air heated by the heat source enters the upper and lower air ducts with a certain flow rate after being adjusted by the air volume distribution mechanism under the action of the high-power blower set on the side of the drying room. Hot air nozzles are arranged on the surface of the upper and lower air ducts close to the textile. After the hot air injected by the blower passes through the hot air nozzles in the air ducts, a certain wind speed is formed and acts bidirectional on the whole width of the wet fabric to realize the ironing of the textile. After ironing, the wet and hot waste gas enters the exhaust heat exchanger through the air pump, and exchanges heat with the air at normal temperature.
