It is an indispensable key modified material for the production of silicone rubber, silicone oil and other downstream silicone products. It can significantly improve the hydrophobic, reinforcement, ductility and other properties of silicone materials. Bis(trimethylsilyl)amine is also used as a group protector for the synthesis of some antibiotics, hepatitis, tumors, AIDS, cardio cerebral Vascular disease and other therapeutic drugs; In addition, Bis(trimethylsilyl)amine is used in the semiconductor industry as a bonding agent, cleaning agent, corrosion inhibitor, etc. Bis(trimethylsilyl)amine is mainly used as group protector and activator in drug synthesis or preparation of organosilicon compounds. Before applying photoresist, first apply it onto the silicon wafer using the rotary coating method. If the concentration is relatively thin, the solvent can be removed before applying photoresist.
