
Polyurethane resin, also known as polyurethane sole solution, is the raw material for preparing polyurethane sole. Polyurethane used for shoe soles is a microporous elastic structure between rubber and plastic, which contains open pores. The diameter of the pores is 0.01-0.1mm, and the free foaming density is 0.25-0.35 (molding density 0.3-1.0). It usually has a self skinning of 1-2mm, with excellent resilience and great energy absorption ability. Polyurethane sole has characteristics such as softness, warmth retention, oil resistance, bending resistance, and wear resistance, which are more than 6 times more wear-resistant than rubber. Double color (double density) double soles can be made as required. The lower soles are micro foamed high abrasion resistant working surfaces, and the inner soles are comfortable elastic foam.
